All tests are running fixed fan speeds with the ambient temperature recorded at the start of each test.

The 5090 Founders Edition is running an undervolt profile targeting 890mV.

The 9800X3D is tuned with per core negative Curve Optimizer values ranging from -10 to -20.

Noise level methodology has been updated in newer guides.

Star Wars Outlaws Midori 5L

Star Wars Outlaws is a graphically intensive game that features RTX Direct Illumination.

Results are over a 20 minute static-scene soak test, running at 4K with DLSS Performance, X4 MFG and RTXDI set to Off.
