All tests are running fixed fan speeds with the ambient temperature recorded at the start of each test.

Sound levels are measured at a distance of 30 cm, with the sound meter placed off-axis at a 45° angle. This raises the noise floor for more accurate readings and matches the “direction” of the user.

A4-H2O noise measurement methodology

The 5090 Founders Edition is running an undervolt profile targeting 890mV.

The 9800X3D is tuned with per core negative Curve Optimizer values ranging from -10 to -20.

Star Wars Outlaws

Star Wars Outlaws is a graphically intensive game that features RTX Direct Illumination.

Results are over a 20 minute static-scene soak test, running at 4K with DLSS Performance, X4 MFG and RTX Direct Illumination set to High.

ARC Raiders

ARC Raiders is particularly hard on CPU thermals, perfect for testing the limits of the AIO liquid cooler used in this build.

One hour session at 4K with DLSS Performance. Tested across multiple maps and environmental conditions.
